30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage).

  • Inclusions: All tags and accessories must be included.

Exclusions:

  • Custom-made products: Eligible for exchange only if defective.

  • Final sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request Authorization:

      • Reason for return

      • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

  2. Ship Your Return:

    • Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Processing:

    • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

    • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
